Bill Retsch

Bill Retsch is a Senior Research Manager at PPG, a leader in paints and coatings. He leads a team of synthesis chemists who deliver technical advancements for PPG’s coatings businesses in support of automotive, refinish, industrial, packaging, architectural and aerospace coatings businesses. Bill began his career with PPG in 1997 as a synthesis chemist, has lead research teams at PPG in support of PPG’s optical monomers business as well as industrial and packaging coatings businesses. Bill earned a PhD in Organic Synthesis from the University of Colorado and has connections to the University of Wisconsin – Madison as a PhD recruiter for PPG.
